The mostly spread mistake of all, who upload anything to FileTram or other file-sharing services is that they don’t pay much attention to the files’ title. Moreover, files could be named “1”, “gjhik” or “steven89”, which doesn’t reflect folder’s or file’s content. However, such files can contain necessary and interesting data; no one will be able to find them.
Title of the file should be clear, short, but precisely reflecting file’s content. For example, if you’re uploading a music folder, the best way to name the file will be the name of the singer or group whose music is this. You can add the name of the album or a song.
One more tip is to look up for the mostly searched name of that singer or group and to use it! It will bring your file in the appropriate list of search results.

2. Check up files which are most often downloaded – point out their special features.

The knowledge of the file types and content of files (together with the structure of its titles) provides you with an opportunity to compare your files with those which are mostly downloaded and to check the missing part.
