Monitor filesharing world with FileTram alerts and RSS!

We are happy to announce yet another set of unique features on FileTram! From now on you can monitor any file name you would like to find using a relevant keyword. Just create an alert or subscribe to RSS-feed and enjoy your life as you will instantly get notifications to your email or preferred RSS-reader!

How to get alerts and RSS feeds? Easy!

The fastest way to get alerts is to open main FileTram page at filetram.com and click on “Alerts” link which is located in the top left part of interface:

After you’re done with this you will see a new window where you can enter all needed information to get proper alerts right to your email box:

1. Type your search keyword here;
2. Choose a filesharing service you want to monitor. Note that you can monitor all of them at the same time!
3. Choose a category that will be relevant to the type of file you want to get;
4. Choose the size of files. The number of options is equal to the “Size” filter on FileTram search page;
5. You can choose one of the two types of sorting here. These are “Size” and “Relevance”;
6. Choose how often would you like to receive alerts.

And that’s it! Just don’t forget to save your alert. Note that if you’ll ever need to manage your alert you will need to login to your account on FileTram:

Remember that you can also access alerts menu while searching:

As you might notice there’s a “Feed” link next to “Alerts” as shown in the screenshot above. What is it? Just another way to keep you informed! Click on it and you will have an opportunity to subscribe to RSS-feed.

Each time a file with relevant name get indexed by FileTram you will be informed with your favorite RSS-reader! Note that some of the browsers like Opera and Mozilla Firefox has their own RSS-readers so you won’t have to install any additional software!
